1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AgroBridge Africa, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Registration

Users are required to register to participate in Group Buys or list products as a Farmer. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account details updated.

3. Group Buys & Payments

Payments for Group Buys are held in escrow. Funds are released to the farmer only upon successful delivery of the produce to the designated pickup hub. If a Group Buy fails to reach its minimum required slots, your payment will be refunded.

4. Produce Quality

Farmers are responsible for ensuring the freshness and quality of their produce. Buyers must report any quality issues within 24 hours of pickup.
